Es wird in dieser Hinsicht zum Beispiel vom Schuldrecht bei weitem \u00fcbertroffen. Und auch das Familienrecht liegt in diesem Ranking noch vor dem Erbrecht. Die Ermittlung der Normenanzahl eines Gesetzes ist \u00fcbrigens keine ganz triviale Angelegenheit. Davon war hier schon einmal mit Bezug auf das Urhebergesetz die Rede, zu dem die irrt\u00fcmliche Auffassung anzutreffen ist, es habe 143 Paragraphen (<a href=\"http:\/\/bloghosting.jurmatix.de\/klartext-jura\/2016\/02\/01\/wie-viele-paragraphen-hat-das-urheberrechtsgesetz\/\">Wie viele Paragraphen hat das Urheberrechtsgesetz?<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Man darf also nicht einfach den Anfangs- und den End-Paragraphen eines Gesetzes (oder im Fall des BGB eines Buches betrachten. Denn es gibt &#8211; sorry f\u00fcr den Hinweis auf diese Selbstverst\u00e4ndlichkeit &#8211; weggefallene Paragraphen (wie z.B. \u00a7\u00a7 15 bis 20 BGB) und hinzugef\u00fcgte Paragraphen, die mit a, b oder c weitergez\u00e4hlt werden (z.B. bei den Regelungen zum Reisevertrag, \u00a7 651a BGB bis \u00a7 651m BGB). Dies geschieht \u00fcbrigens zum Nutzen auch der Studierenden. Denn es w\u00e4re ja eine Art Weltuntergang f\u00fcr\u00b4s Lernen, wenn vertraute Paragraphen-Ziffern sich \u00e4ndern w\u00fcrden.
