Heute mal wieder eine kleine Orthographie-\u00dcbung nach dem Motto „Finde die Fehler“. In BeckRS 2015, 17298 lesen wir den folgenden Titel f\u00fcr eine Gerichtsentscheidung:<\/p>\n

BGH: Keine Absicht der rechtswidrigen Zeugnung des Freiers aufrgund R\u00fcckzahlungszahlungsanspruchs des Entgelts gegen\u00fcber Prostutuierten – tempora muntandur ?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Diese \u00dcberschrift zum Beschluss des\u00a0BGH (vom 21.07.2015 mit dem Aktenzeichen 3 StR 104\/15) steckt voller R\u00e4tsel, die sich aber wie folgt aufl\u00f6sen lassen.<\/p>\n

Um wie viele Tippfehler handelt es sich in dem Zitat?<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Hier die Aufl\u00f6sung:<\/p>\n

„Absicht der rechtswidrigen Zeugnung“ –> „Absicht der rechtswidrigen Zueignung“<\/p>\n

„aufrgund“ –> „aufgrund“<\/p>\n

„R\u00fcckzahlungszahlungsanspruchs“ –> „R\u00fcckzahlungsanspruch“<\/p>\n

„Prostutuierten“ –> „Prostituierten“<\/p>\n

Und dann besonders sch\u00f6n:<\/p>\n

tempora muntandur<\/p>\n

\"tempora-mutantur\"<\/a>Vorab: Da ich selbst einmal in die Latein-Falle<\/a> getappt bin, neige ich jetzt zu dem Ratschlag, das Lateinische in juristischen Texten m\u00f6glichst zu vermeiden, wenn man sich nicht ganz sicher ist. Die Versuchung zur Verwendung des Lateinischen ist zwar gro\u00df, denn es schm\u00fcckt juristische Texte ganz ungemein. Wegen der damit verbundenen Gefahrenelemente ist aber zur Vorsicht zu raten. Also entweder kein „tempora muntandur“ oder aber richtig „tempora mutantur“. Oder man zitiert gleich den jetzigen Literaturnobelpreistr\u00e4ger Bob Dylan mit dem sch\u00f6nen Song „The times they are a-changin<\/a>g“ und dort vor allem die zweite Strophe:<\/p>\n

Come writers and critics
\nWho prophesize with your pen
\nAnd keep your eyes wide
\nThe chance won’t come again
\nAnd don’t speak too soon
\nFor the wheel’s still in spin
\nAnd there’s no telling who that it’s naming
\nFor the loser now will be later to win

Man darf ziemlich sicher sein, dass Bob Dylan mit der Zeile „the times they are a-changing“ das „tempora mutantur“ meinte.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
