Das Europ\u00e4ische Zivilprozessrecht enth\u00e4lt vielf\u00e4ltige Bez\u00fcge zu Drittstaaten: Dies zeigt augenf\u00e4llig das „Parallel\u00fcbereinkommen“ von Lugano, das das Regelungsr\u00e9gime des EuGV\u00dc (bzw. der EuGVO) auf die Mitgliedstaaten der EFTA (Schweiz, Norwegen und Irland) erstreckt.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

So hei\u00dft es in Hess, Europ\u00e4isches Zivilprozessrecht, 2010, \u00a7 2 Rn. 63.<\/p>\n

Bei diesem Satz ist in zweierlei Hinsicht Vorsicht geboten.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

1)\u00a0„Irland“ ist nicht Mitglied der EFTA, sondern Island. Ein kleiner Tippfehler mit gro\u00dfer Wirkung.<\/p>\n

2) Man k\u00f6nnte meinen, dass das Parallel\u00fcbereinkommen von Lugano das Regelungsr\u00e9gime des EuGV\u00dc bzw der EuGVO auf alle Mitgliedstaaten der EFTA erstreckt. Jedoch ist Liechtenstein neben Schweiz, Norwegen und Island Mitglied der EFTA, aber nicht an dem Parallel\u00fcbereinkommen beteiligt.<\/p>\n
